SERVICES
Century-21 Action Associates has been providing Property Management services for Craven, Pamlico, Jones, & Lenior counties for over 25 years. I joined this growing team on April 1, 1993. Since that time we have tripled our number of property owners.
The house you entrust to us may have been purchased for a rental investment, or for your future home, either way, we will work diligently to provide you with the best services possible. Our rental department is not the biggest, but we work very hard to offer you the very best services possible. Our services include:

Advertising in the appropriate medium

Solicit & secure a tenant

Maintain the house in a condition so as not to devalue your investment

Perform periodic inspections

Determine if up-grades are necessary to stay ahead of a very competitive market

Provide you with a monthly statement of Income/Expenses in a timely manner
Our commission rate varies from 8% to 15% of collected rent. The condition of the premises; and distance traveled, all effect the rate of commission. For those who only wish to have someone to “look after” their residence until they are ready to move, we offer a flat rate fee.
